DSF is a private foundation established by Marcy Dolapo Oni. As an experienced media personality who has travelled round the globe, Dolapo has engaged with lots of individuals most especially youths, who have shared with her their strengths and weakness. Identifying the common weakness in youths, Dolapo started DSF with one major goal in mind; raise youth with zeal and passion to change the world.

At DSF, we believe that to change the world we have to develop youths who will initiate economic change and development, and also sustain the growth process to achieve the long term result. To achieve this, DSF engages in youth development activities through mentorship, educative, motivational and inspirational programs.
